Here is the general process to follow:

1. Step 1. Determine Your Budget and Needs
   Before you start searching for rental properties, figure out your budget and the type of property you are looking for (apartment, house, etc.), as well as any specific requirements you may have (number of bedrooms, location, amenities, pet friendly, child friendly, etc.).


2. Step 2. Search for Properties
   There are several ways to search for rental properties. Use our website to search for listed properties or request assistance from a Happy Home agent who specializes in rentals.


3. Step 3. Schedule viewings
   Schedule viewings with our agents to see the selected properties. This will give you a better sense of whether the property meets your needs.


4. Step 4. After viewing.
   Give our agents honest feedback. Let us know if this apartment is your desired option. Once you are happy our agents will assist you with the application process.


5. Step 5. The application process:
   Fill out our application forms and email to info@happyhomestt.com. Send us the following documents: 2 forms of ID, Proof of Employment/income, Proof of address.


6. Step 6. Pay Deposits and Fees
   Once you are ready to move forward, you ll need to pay a security deposit and the first months rent. Some landlords may also require additional fees, such as a cleaning fee, pet deposit or Home Owners Authority.


7. Step 7. Sign the provided lease agreement, collect your keys and be happy in your home. 🏡
